On the 8th grade state test, the questions focus primarily on the electromagnetic spectrum. On the 7th grade summative, the question about this standard focuses on comparing wavelengths.
*Note - When teaching the electromagnetic spectrum (5.4) I would advise you to revise the notes to explain that visible light is red orange yellow green blue indigo violet.
